RICHMOND, Va - Tim Reid, Founder of Legacy Media Institute, visited the studio to share details about the 2nd Annual International Film Festival. In celebration of the art of film-making, the Festival will present an international showcase of culturally diverse films, while providing local, national, and international filmmakers a forum for their work to be viewed, appreciated, and discussed.
