NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. — All lanes of I-64 west are back open after a multi-vehicle wreck in New Kent County Sunday evening closed the interstate for about an hour.
According to VDOT, the wreck happened just east of West Point near mile marker 219.
As of 6:50 p.m., traffic was backed up more than three miles. When the inerstate reopened around 7:45 p.m., traffic was backed up about six miles.
