RICHMOND, Va. – Several drivers on Richmond's Northside woke up Sunday morning to find their tires had been slashed.
A CBS 6 viewer said police told her it happened to eight people in the Brookland Park neighborhood.
Police told the woman that they believe it happened sometime Saturday night.
