RICHMOND, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash that shutdown the right and center lanes on I-95 north in Richmond at Hermitage Road has traffic backed up for 
miles Thursday afternoon.
As of 2:20 p.m., all lanes had reoped, but the right shoulder remained closed.
VDOT said traffic was backed up more than three miles after the crash.
Drivers should expect delays.
