CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – A Chesterfield man plead guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography and four counts of possession of child porn. A Chesterfield judge then sentenced Nathaniel Andrew Toth, 25, to 20 years in prison, according to the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia.

“The defendant’s distribution and possession of this heinous material contributes to the continued victimization of these children,” Attorney General Mark Herring said in a statement. “Toth traded child pornography over peer-to-peer file sharing networks to distribute the images.”

An undercover law enforcement officer detected the images were downloaded directly from Toth’s computer and traced the material to his home. Toth then admitted seeking out and downloading child porn from the Internet.

“After his computer was searched officers recovered child pornography depicting children engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” Herring said.
