HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A crash Thursday afternoon has closed all lanes of I-64 east headed into the city near Laburnum Avenue.
VDOT reported that traffic was getting around the wreck using the right shoulder as of 3 p.m. and there was a 2.5 mile backup.
However, all lanes of the busy interstate were back open by about 3:30 p.m.
