CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) -- Funeral services will be held this weekend for a Chesterfield family killed in what police are calling a murder-suicide on Father's Day.
Renotta Jernigan and her two children, Seth Jernigan and Alexis Kellas, will be buried together on Sunday following a ceremony. The ceremony takes place at Crenshaw United Methodist Church in Blackstone, Virginia.
There will also be two viewings on Saturday at Joseph McMillan Funeral Home in Blackstone.
Funeral services for Barry "Chris" Jernigan have not yet been announced.
Police say Chris Jernigan shot and killed his wife and two children Sunday, inside their Matoaca home before turning the gun on himself.
