RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — The Powhite Parkway Bridge northbound lanes will be under construction over the next two months for a latex overlay project. Drivers can expect multiple lane closures 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays through August. In addition, crews will work each weekend from 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday. Pay attention to the signs in place.
