VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (wtvr) – A man drowned at the Virginia beach ocean front Sunday afternoon.
According to WTKR the victim was seen floating face down in the water just before 2 p.m.
Lifeguards and a bystander pulled the man from the water.
He was not breathing at the time and was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
