RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — One travel lane will be closed northbound and southbound Interstate 95 between Boulevard and Belvidere 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, through Friday.
Expect delays until 3 p.m. in Henrico along I-95 in both directions between Brook Rd. and Parham Rd. due to bridge work.
