CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Fire crews were dispatched to a house fire near the Meadowbrook Country Club Friday afternoon.
CBS 6 News is told that a fire started in a home’s garage in the 4600 block of Melody Court and that smoke from the fire got into the home.
Neighbors did report seeing lightning in the area, but the case of the fire has not yet been determined.
CBS 6 News is checking with fire crews to see if anyone was hurt and to find out how badly the home was damaged.
