Inside one of Richmond’s highest-priced homes

RICHMOND, Va. (RichmondBizSense.com) –  The home of a well-known local developer changed hands last week in one of the biggest residential real estate deals the market has seen in the past two years.

The James River estate and mansion owned by Hank Wilton and his wife, Cindy, sold March 21 for $3.45 million.

The 26-acre, 10,000-square-foot riverfront property sits at 12671 River Road in Goochland County. It went on the market in Augustwith an asking price of $3.85 million.
