Williamsburg road rage incident lands man in hospital

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WTVR) — York County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a driver in a road rage incident that landed a man in the hospital.

Deputies said it started on Route 60 in Williamsburg when one car started tailgating another. Things came to a head when the two drivers pulled over on Merrimac Trail near the James York Plaza and got into a fight.

Officials located the victim at an area hospital suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect is described between 5 feet 6 and 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 160 pounds. The suspect was driving an SUV with  a roof rack and Virginia tags.
