Richmond Rolls Out The Red Carpet

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The Richmond International Film Festival will be screening more than 65 films and screen plays over the course of the next few days!  Founder Heather Waters and Academy Award Winner Ron Judkins whose film, 'Finding Neighbors' will be featured, shared more details. The Festival kicks off Thursday February 27^th and continues until Sunday, March 2^nd .
