RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — VDOT says a crash is causing big backups on I-64 east near the I-95 split coming into Richmond from the West End.
VDOT said that both the ramp to I-95 north and the left lane of the I-95 south ramp are closed because of the crash.
As a result, all traffic is being diverted to the right lane of the I-95 south on ramp.
Drivers, who are encouraged to use an alternate route, should expect delays.
