RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. all lanes will be closed intermittently along Interstate 295 between Chamberlayne Ave. and Interstate 95 to allow crews to perform power line work. Expect delays up to six minutes in each direction.
