RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Fire crews battled a apartment fire in RichmondThursday afternoon.
Lt. Hagaman with the Richmond Fire Department said crews were dispatched to the 2300 block of Carmine St. around 3:30 p.m.
When crews arrived, they quickly knocked out the blaze at the apartment.
No one was injured.
The Red Cross was originally called to help, an adult and three children. However, the family was able to stay in another unit.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
