HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)--A former Henrico school employee charged with taking a nude photo of a student is getting a six-month reprieve.
Joshua Brinkley, age 22, worked at Freeman High School as a temporary instructional assistant in a special needs class.
In November he allegedly recorded an undressed student at the school.
A judge deferred judgment in the case until July 2014.
That means if Brinkley meets the terms and conditions the judge sets out, the charge could be dismissed.
