CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR)- At 10:47p.m., Saturday night, police responded to the 13400 block of Bradley Bridge Road, for a report of a motor vehicle accident.
Mark Woodard,1600 block of Rhodes Lane, drove off the side of the road and into a house.
The structure suffered damage to its foundation and side.
Police report occupants were inside the home at the time of the crash, but they did not suffer any injuries.
Woodard suffered non-life threatening injures as a result of the crash.
Police say alcohol was a factor, and Woodard has been charged with DUI.
The investigation is still on going, other charges may be pending.
