RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A winter storm brings cold, rain and some snow to VirginiaThursday.
By 11 p.m. winds shifted northwesterly and will continue to increase throughout the rest of the night. The first wave of rain and snow will end in the metro-area by midnight, with a wrap-around band of snow developing between midnight and dawn.
There was some accumulation not too far north of Richmond, with several closings reported.
