CHARLES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — VDOT reports the northbound and southbound lane of Rt. 106 (Roxbury Rd.) in Charles City County have reopened after a tractor-trailer crash Friday.
The wreck happened near the intersection of Rt. 106 and Rt. 609 (Barnetts Road).
