HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) --Henrico Police are looking for two suspects who they believe are responsible for robbing a man at gunpoint outside his home.

According to police, a man was walking to his house on the 3700 Austin Ave. at 11:45 p.m. Friday when he was approached by a man with a hand gun and then forced to the side of the home where there was another suspect.

Police said the victim was not injured, but the suspects did take an undisclosed amount of cash and personal items from the man.

"For somebody to be at gunpoint, that's dangerous. Somebody could get killed," said Raymond Kenney, who lives on the same street.

Kenney, who pointed out the neighborhood is usually a quiet one, said he believes this kind of incident could happen to anyone, which reminds him to always have his guard up.

"Always be aware of your surroundings. Even if you're walking to your house you should always be aware of your surroundings, and this time of year people are really desperate," he said.
