ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) --The grand jury returned their decision today to indict arson suspect Tony Bundick on 62 counts of arson.
A month ago Charlie Smith, Bundick's fiance, plead guilty to 68 charges of arson and conspiracy to commit arson. Smith said he committed the crimes in order to get closer to Bundick.
Until today, Bundick faced only one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson.
