The Richmond Animal League is located at 11401 International Drive, near Chesterfield Towne Center. RAL’s mission is to provide stray and abandoned dogs and cats with temporary shelter and complete care until permanent loving homes can be found and to decrease the surplus dog and cat population through educational programs that promote responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter.
Regular adoption hours are:
Tuesday-Friday: 4:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Saturday-Sunday 12:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
Closed Monday
