NORFOLK, Va. (WTVR) - Virginia State Police arrested Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney Gregory D. Underwood for driving under the influence.
A trooper pulled Underwood over Wednesday night after Underwood drove through a work zone on Brambleton Avenue, according to a report on WTKR.com.
Underwood, who was charged with DUI, refusing to take a breathalyzer test, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and driving through a work zone, was released on an unsecured bond.
