‘Ghoulish’ Special Effects Make-Up Tips For Halloween

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Time to put on your special effects 'spooky face'! Make-up artist Kristy Short, model Carsten Crawford and Sheree Hedrick, Executive Director of Hanover Safe Place, gave a make-up tutorial and shared more about 'Dance of the Living Dead', which benefits a great cause. 'Dance of the Living Dead' is Saturday, October 26^th  beginning at 6pm at Legends Brewing Company, 321 West 7^th Street.
