RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — In addition to day work along I-95 in Richmond, overnight work continues at 8 p.m. Wednesday through 6 a.m. Thursday between Brook Rd. and Parham Rd. The left and center lanes will be closed in each direction for prep work to replace the Upham Brook bridges. Expect delays.
