RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — From 8 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Monday expect major delays and multiple traffic shifts along Interstate 95 near Lombardy St. Two lanes will be closed in each direction I-95 between the I-64 east interchange and the Bryan Park interchange. Drivers are strongly encouraged to avoid the area and use an alternate. Watch here for detours.
