RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Two new construction projects begin today. First, Cary St. will be closed between River Rd. and N. Hamilton St. from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Expect delays until Friday. Second, in Powhatan, Dorset Rd. is closed for pipe replacement between Schroeder Rd. and Dorset Ridge Rd. Follow the posted detours.
