CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – State Police are investigating a crash that left one man dead early Saturday morning.
It happened shortly after 9 a.m. southbound on Chippenham Parkway at Hopkins Road.
State Police reported to the scene when a van ran off the road, hit a sign and a barrier. The 62-year-old driver was taken to VCU Medical Center where he later died.
Authorities believe he suffered a medical condition.
