HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) -- The Hanover man accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a teenage girl, had nothing to say as he left a Henrico County courtroom Thursday morning.
After a brief court appearance, Todd Attkisson, the 52-year old CEO of Ashland Roller Mills, will remain out on bond until a trial date is set next month.
Court documents allege Attkisson and the girl, who is now 19, were physically involved between November 2008 and January 2011.
Attkisson, who is also the son of Ashland's former mayor, faces nine counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
