(CNN) – There’s been another beauty pageant blunder. This time in the Miss Philippines USA contest. You might remember that horrible gaff by Miss South Carolina in the Miss Teen USA pageant a few years ago.
Jeanne Moos reports the incidents are surprisingly similar, awkward and uncomfortable.
