RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)--Richmond Police are investigating a shooting on the north side of the city.
Around 4:30 p.m. Monday police responded to a call for shots fired. They found a victim had been shot in the buttock.
Witnesses told police that at least five shots were fired.
Two bullets flattened the tires of a car parked at Polaski Street and 3rd Avenue. Police are trying to determine if it is the victim’s car or not.
The victim was taken to VCU Medical Center, their condition unknown at this moment. The suspects allegedly got into a vehicle and drove away, according to witnesses.
