RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Crews rescued two people that got stuck on some rocks in the James River Sunday evening.
Richmond fire crews were dispatched just before 6 p.m. after two swimmers got stranded on the rocks near Belle Isle.
Crews eventually got the two people back to shore.
