CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR)--A man is dead after a standoff with Chesterfield Police Monday afternoon.
Police arrived on scene to find a man barricaded himself in a home on Lyndale drive. Police blocked off the area, utilized the bullhorn to make a connection with the man inside.
After about 40 minutes of conversation, police said the man killed himself.
