RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)-- Police arrested a juvenile involved in an attempted armed robbery where the victims detained the robber until police arrived.
Police say three black juveniles, one armed with a handgun, approached two Hispanic men standing in the 2900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway around 10 p.m. Saturday.
The armed juvenile brandished the handgun but was disarmed and detained by the victims until police arrived.
The two other juveniles fled the scene.
