NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WTVR) — Police are investigating a strange incident at a Virginia YMCA involving a naked woman on the roof.
Police said the 34-year-old woman walked into the Newport News YMCA Wednesday night and demanded a glass of water before biting an employee.
Next, the woman allegedly attacked a nine-year-old girl. She then reportedly took off all of her clothes and climbed up to the building’s roof.
Firefighters, who used a ladder truck to haul her down, took the woman to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
