RICHMOND,Va. (WTVR)–The time is almost upon us, for the second annual Woodland Heights 4th of July Parade.
Council man Parker Agelasto posted on Facebook that the parade will take place this Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
Bike and pet decorating and general line-up will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the corner of 31st Street and Stonewall Avenue, behind the Woodland Heights Baptist Church.
Fire Truck #17 will lead the way.
The neighborhood hopes to attract a large crowd of music playing, bike riding and tail wagging participants!
