NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WTVR) – A woman is charged with multiple crimes after she crashed her car into a Newport News home and killed a man inside the house, according to a report on WTKR.com.
Jennifer Mangum, 38, is charged with:
- DUI
- Reckless Driving
- DUI Maiming
- DUI Manslaughter
Newport News Police said Mangum drove her white 2008 Nissan right into the kitchen of a home in the Kiln Creek neighborhood of Newport News about 3:45 Monday afternoon.
The car hit and killed 75-year-old Charles Stitt Sr. Stitt’s 73-year-old wife was injured in the crash.
