RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Police have identified a man shot and killed early Tuesday morning in Richmond’s East End. Police found shooting victim Larry Pittman, 21, along the 2200 block of Walcott Place around 1:30 a.m.
Pittman died at the hospital, police said. Investigators said they did not believe the crime was “random.” They asked anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
Police have not yet released information about a shooting suspect.
