RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Weather permitting, drivers will encounter heavy traffic on Monday along I-95 south from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. between Laburnum Ave. and Lombardy St. Expect delays as the right lane will be closed for ongoing work at the Sherwood Ave. and Robin Hood Rd bridges.
