Richmond Tea Party in D.C. for hearings on IRS scandal

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WTVR) - Members of the Richmond Tea Party were in Washington D.C. Friday for the first hearing on the Internal Revenue Service scandal.

The Richmond political group claims it was targeted by the IRS when it applied for tax-exempt status.

Lawmakers want to know  who, if anyone, ordered workers in Cincinnati to use extra scrutiny against tea party organizations seeking tax exempt status.
