RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- Richmond Police responded to an overturned vehicle crash at W. Franklin St. and N. Belvidere St. around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.
According to Richmond Police two vehicles were involved and two people were sent to VCU Medical Center. Police have not released the details on their condition.
N. Belvidere St. from W. Franklin St. to W. Grace St. was closed for clean-up for a period of time after.
