RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police charged a woman with reckless driving after her car ran into Morton’s Steakhouse in Shockoe Slip Tuesday night. Police have not yet said what caused 31-year-old Michelle Ambers to lose control of her car and hit the restaurant.
