PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Some Portsmouth teachers and community members are fed up with budget cuts within their school system.

They're said "enough is enough" as they crowded a city council meeting Tuesday night.

The overflow room was filled several rows deep. CBS 6 Norfolk sister station reported that the school board would like to see $15 million more invested in schools, but the city manager recommends giving the schools $8 million dollars less than last year.

It's up to the Portsmouth City Council to decide; they will finalize a budget next month.
