MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - The 18-year-old accused of shooting and wounding two people at a mall in Christiansburg made an appearance in court Monday.
Neil Macinnis did not enter a plea at the appearance.
Macinnis opened fire in a community college that was inside the mall last Friday.
Police said Macinnis bought the shotgun used in the shooting legally two days beforehand. He was subdued in the mall after wounding two women.
