VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A man has been arrested in Virginia Beach after police say he exposed himself to a young girl while she was playing outside.
It happened on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at around 4:40 p.m., in the 5800 block of Newtown Arch. The child told her mother that a man had exposed himself to her while she was playing outside, police say.
Police arrested 21-year-old James Paul Hunt, of the 5800 block of Newtown Arch in Virginia Beach. Hunt is charged with Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child.
