PULASKI CO., Va. (WDBJ7.com) — Names of the homeowners who survived a fire that resulted in the death of two other occupants in a Pulaski County mobile home on Monday morning have been released.
According to a news release, the residents of the mobile home on Poplar Lane in Dublin have been identified as Danielle Carter and Donald Mitchell.
