RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - One of the most important parts of any search and rescue is the K-9 Team. On Saturday, March 23, you are invited to attend the first-ever commemoration of Virginia K-9 Veterans Day presented by the Hanover Hounds K-9 Search and Rescue Team.
