ORLANDO, Florida (CNN) — The death of a student at the University of Central Floridaon Monday morning appears to be the result of a planned attack, UCF spokesman Grant Heston said at a news conference.
“We’ve discovered some material in the dorm room that makes it look like this was a planned attack,” he said.
Earlier Monday, school and police authorities said they found a handgun, an assault weapon, and a bag of improvised explosive devices in the unidentified student’s room.
